Semi-automatic welder • Bartow County, Georgia

Immediate opening: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Bartow County, Georgia. You will be based in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Day to day you will maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • ITI in welder trade or equivalent Full-time, day shift. Pay around $26 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
