Vacancy available: we are hiring a concrete finisher in Richmond County, North Carolina. The job is in a residential housing project. Ideal candidate: • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds The role involves patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
