Bakery assistant wanted in Dale County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Dale County, Alabama. You will be based at a busy bakery. The role involves: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
