Confectioner wanted in Awka North

We are recruiting: we are hiring a confectioner in Awka North, Anambra State. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks The role involves prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Contact us to fix an interview.
