Elevator repair technician — Foard County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Foard County, Texas. The job is in a machine room on the rooftop. On a typical shift you will rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake. Ideal candidate: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways 2+ years on the tools preferred.
