Your main tasks: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
