We are recruiting: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Stephens County, Texas. The job is on a commercial tower construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover Requirements: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
