What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry The role involves take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case.
