Now hiring: we are hiring a domestic gas engineer in Franklin County, Florida. You will work at a heating and plumbing contractor. On the job you will handle: • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
