Ideal candidate: • Can read electrical and piping schematics • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests Day to day you will charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges; recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit; cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines; wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator; insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving; evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
