We are recruiting: motor grader operator (Illinois)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Adams County, Illinois. You will be based in an open-cast mine. On a typical shift you will carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
