Powder spray gun operator — Gilpin County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Gilpin County, Colorado. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Your main tasks: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg 3+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $3,700 per month plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
