Now hiring: QC technician (Alaska)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a QC technician in Juneau City and Borough, Alaska. On a typical shift you will operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
