Vacancy available: we are hiring a site carpenter in Camden County, Georgia. The job is at a kitchen and furniture manufacturer. On a typical shift you will hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops. What we are looking for: • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
