Immediate opening: punch press operator (Pennsylvania)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a punch press operator in Clinton County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a busy press shop. You should have: • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes Day-to-day duties: • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways Six days a week, one day off.
