Bar bender and fixer — Loudon County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Loudon County, Tennessee. You will be based on a commercial tower construction site. You will form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat. What we are looking for: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling Full-time, day shift.
