Confectioner wanted in Merrimack County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a confectioner in Merrimack County, New Hampshire. Day to day you will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
