Immediate opening: we are hiring a pipe TIG welder in Cabarrus County, North Carolina. On a typical shift you will strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec. You should have: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts.
