Now hiring: horizontal milling machine operator (Kentucky)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Woodford County, Kentucky. The job is at a fabrication and machining plant. On the job you will handle: • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines Ideal candidate: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
