Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds The role involves: • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour Performance bonus on top of base pay.
