Bread and bun maker wanted in Henderson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Henderson County, Tennessee. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Day-to-day duties: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
