The role involves replenish amenities — soap, shampoo, towels, tea/coffee tray and toilet rolls; empty bins, replace liners and segregate the waste; report maintenance faults — leaking taps, blown bulbs, faulty AC — to engineering; log lost-and-found items and hand them to the supervisor; clean public areas — lobbies, corridors, lifts and washrooms; vacuum carpets, mop hard floors and dust every surface in the room.
