Requirements: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing Day to day you will lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; assemble column and beam cages on the bench. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer ₦300,000 per month plus benefits. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
