Now hiring: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in City of Suffolk, Virginia. You will work at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. You should have: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges On the job you will handle: • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
