Join our team: we are hiring a machine operator in Vernon Parish, Louisiana. The job is in a packaging factory. Your main tasks: • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery Six days a week, one day off.
