Tiling assistant • Tureta, Sokoto State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tiling assistant in Tureta, Sokoto State. The job is at a bathroom renovation job. The role involves set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges; cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter; fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even; make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits; fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims; apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas. Requirements: • 2+ years' hands-on tiling experience • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
