Escalator technician wanted in Cumberland County

Join our team: we are hiring an escalator technician in Cumberland County, Tennessee. You will work on a high-rise construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits.
