Spray painter (automotive) wanted in Anderson County

Now hiring: we are hiring a spray painter (automotive) in Anderson County, Texas. The job is in a car refinishing workshop. Your main tasks: • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters Requirements: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
