Car service technician — Vale of Glamorgan

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a car service technician in Vale of Glamorgan, Wales. You will work at a tyre and exhaust shop. Ideal candidate: • At least 2 years' hands-on experience as a car mechanic • Comfortable working in inspection pits and on ramps On a typical shift you will diagnose engine faults using an OBD-II scan tool; check and top up coolant, brake fluid and power-steering fluid; carry out wheel alignment and tyre balancing; estimate repair costs and order the right parts; read fault codes and clear them after the repair. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
