Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coater in Dorset, England. The job is at a powder coating unit. What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Your main tasks: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness 2+ years on the tools preferred.
