Vacancy available: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Rockingham County, Virginia. What we are looking for: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Willing to travel between sites Your main tasks: • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
