Hydraulic crane operator • Otsego County, New York

Vacancy available: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Otsego County, New York. Day-to-day duties: • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground Ideal candidate: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Current medical and eyesight certificate • A good head for heights for tower crane work 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
