Great opportunity: we are hiring a bike messenger in Schoharie County, New York. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of local roads, lanes and shortcuts • Willing to work shifts, weekends and peak meal times • Basic reading and number skills to handle addresses and cash You will collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end; scan the barcode on every consignment before pick-up and after drop-off; check tyre pressure, brakes, chain tension and engine oil before riding out; load and balance parcels safely in the rear carrier box; capture proof of delivery with a customer signature or photo on the handset; plan the fastest route using the delivery app and GPS navigation.
