Aluminium TIG welder — Perkins County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an aluminium TIG welder in Perkins County, Nebraska. You will work at a pipe-fitting and pressure-vessel shop. The role involves: • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel You should have: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces Six days a week, one day off.
