Shuttering and concrete hand — Grant County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering and concrete hand in Grant County, Kentucky. Ideal candidate: • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds Day-to-day duties: • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $200 per day, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
