Immediate opening: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Day County, South Dakota. Your main tasks: • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman You should have: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
