Urgent requirement: production welder (Kogi State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a production welder in Idah, Kogi State. You will be based at a busy production line. You should have: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • ITI in welder trade or equivalent Day-to-day duties: • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
