Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Chesterfield County, Virginia. You will be based at a reinforced concrete building site. Day to day you will brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints. Ideal candidate: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
