Air conditioning service engineer wanted in Christian County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an air conditioning service engineer in Christian County, Illinois. The job is in shopping malls and office buildings. Day to day you will mount indoor and outdoor split units on wall brackets and level them; clean filters, blower wheels and condenser coils during servicing; check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge; wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator; commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow; fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds • ITI in refrigeration and air conditioning an advantage Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
