Powder coating sprayer • Bourbon County, Kentucky

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Bourbon County, Kentucky. You will work on an industrial coating line. On a typical shift you will sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects 1+ years on the tools preferred.
