Now hiring: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Columbia County, New York. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. On the job you will handle: • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs Ideal candidate: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules 2+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
