Now hiring: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Elmore County, Alabama. You will work in a toolroom. You should have: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron On the job you will handle: • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
