We are recruiting: kitchen steward (Mississippi)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Lawrence County, Mississippi. You will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts.
