Cnc turning machinist wanted in Guernsey County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Guernsey County, Ohio. You will be based in a tool room. Requirements: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code Day-to-day duties: • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
