Now hiring: we are hiring a vehicle body repairer in Gallatin County, Kentucky. You will be based in an insurance-approved repair centre. The role involves straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
