Vacancy available: sheet metal welder (Wisconsin)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sheet metal welder in Washington County, Wisconsin. You will be based on a structural steel site. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination Day-to-day duties: • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
