Urgent requirement: we are hiring a smash repairer in Craighead County, Arkansas. The role involves: • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer What we are looking for: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
