Articulated lorry driver wanted in Pulaski County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an articulated lorry driver in Pulaski County, Illinois. You will be based at a haulage company. Day-to-day duties: • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules • Top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops You should have: • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel • Current Driver CPC qualification card 2+ years on the tools preferred.
