Urgent requirement: sheet metal welder (New York)

Now hiring: we are hiring a sheet metal welder in Livingston County, New York. You will work at a busy fabrication workshop. On the job you will handle: • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run You should have: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
