Now hiring: we are hiring a grill cook in Sibley County, Minnesota. Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Day-to-day duties: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
